Site #35 - $30, p/w, Internet at office, Temp 17C

Last night we stayed in Kamloops. We relied on the GPS to get us to the campground. We did get there, but the narrow bridge it took us across was NOT a good route!! The campground lady sure laughed when we told her we came across that bridge. She said she's seen vehicles backing up to let the truckers & RV's over and I can believe that!! I fully expected one of our mirrors to be ripped off because ..WOW was it a tight squeeze!! 

So, yes, this campground/trailer park. It was an 'interesting' spot. There was a continual flow of vehicles in & out of the next campsite??? hmmm... drugs maybe?? No firepits, but we made use of our propane pit.  It was pretty windy though.

Aloha RV & Trailer

Site #10 - $35, p/w/s, TV, no Internet

We are now set up at the Aloha Trailer & RV Pk in Abbotsford. It's run by an older widow. I'm sure the reason she doesn't take reservations is because she wants to look you over first!! Anyway, Ron passed the 'look' test :-) and we got a spot. They are pretty tight, but the pull through makes it easier and it will certainly be fine for the weekend!! There is not much for campground choices in Abbotsford!! (We are about 10 minutes from Richards.)

The family should all start arriving in the next few days. Jim & Jan will be arriving today. They were leaving Edmonton this morning and driving all the way. We joked when we left Kamloops that "Turbo" would likely pass us before we got to Abbotsford!!
