time flying by in Vancouver

Our time in Vancouver is coming to an end and we will be off to Ottawa in the morning.

We have been keeping very busy... Grandpa took himself and the boys for haircuts; we've done a few fix-it projects around the house: there's been soccer games and music lessons; Dave & Eliz. came for Dave's birthday dinner on Friday night and we were to their place for dinner last night. We also went on a couple bike rides. Yesterday all of us biked to Granville Island for lunch and then back home. It's amazing to watch Morgan go. His little legs are just a pumping and he has no trouble keeping up to his older brothers!!

This morning after the 3 boys left for school, Kari, Ron & I loaded up our bikes and drove to Stanley Park where we biked along the path and then up to English Bay for a coffee. Other than one day of rain, the weather has been great. It's not as warm as it's been back home in Med. Hat with their record temps in the high 30's, but it's been sunny and pleasant. This evening Jack & Morgan have soccer practices.... It's a busy household and the days have certainly flown by.

So we have a 9:15 a.m. flight tomorrow and we will have to adjust to a 3 hour time change. I am SO looking forward to seeing everyone! Morgan, however, will be lost without his grandpa. Other than the 3 mornings a week when he's at pre-school, the two have been pretty much inseparable!!

That's about it from here... Next email will be from Ottawa. We'll be there until Oct. 3.
