last night in Surprise :-(

Well, this is our last night in Surprise. It's going to be VERY tough to leave. It is such a beautiful place and the weather has been absolutely perfect. I don't even want to think about going home! :-(

Jim & Jan went golfing this morning so Ron & I went for a bike tour. Have I told you how beautiful this place is!! Honestly... it's AMAZING!! Jim & Jan were very fortunate to find this place!! They are going to love retirement!

We spotted them on the golf course when riding our bikes. They basically had the course to themselves as this course just opened this morning after a grass replant. Noone knew it had re-opened yet. (There are 3 other golf courses in the complex.)

After lunch we headed to the bocce courts. This evening we went for another soak in the hot pool.

Yes, it's been a fun and a very relaxing week.

We thought we'd go as far as Flagstaff tomorrow, although we see the forecast is only about 18C for tomorrow. It's going to be a bit of a shocker after this 28 to 30C weather!
