5th wheeling again

Bayside Campground & RV Pk
Site #34 - $25, p/w, Internet (ph#), Temp 15C

It feels good to be back on the road. We made pretty good time this morning. We left Kari's at 9:15 a.m. and by 11:30 a.m., we had bought groceries, fueled up, picked up the 5th wheel in Abbotsford and were back on the road to Vancouver and the Horseshoe Bay Ferry. Perfect timing because at the Ferry, we had just enough time for lunch plus I was able to unpack my suitcase and settle in to the RV again.

It's been a LONG time since there was just the 2 of us. It's going to take awhile to get back in to routine! I'll have to COOK again :-( and there will be no more coffee waiting for us in the mornings :-( But, most of all we'll miss our children and grandchildren and the hustle and bustle of the 2 busy households where we've spent our last month!

We are now at Bayview Campground in Sechelt. It was a bit of an exaggeration on the "Bay View", but it is a nice campground and it will suit us just fine for a couple nights.

Both Sechelt & Gibsons (25 km back) look like really nice little seaside communities and we'll check them both out tomorrow. Anyway.... right now, we are enjoying a beer in the sunshine and just glad that we aren't back in the prairies where there are reports of snow!
