Hoquiam - Day 2

It wasn't a real exciting or productive day but it's amazing how retired folks can still feel like they've been busy :-)

We did a town tour and picked up a few supplies at Walmart... (Ron wonders why I bought a scarf & gloves when we are heading south). We then ended up heading back to Ocean Shores where we'd been yesterday, just because we enjoyed it so much.
Back at home I intended to do some laundry but the machines had dog hair and grease in them, so scratch that idea! (There are a lot of loggers and workers camped here). We ended up just sitting around our propane firepit and enjoying the sunshine while we're seeing it. Rain is in the forecast for tomorrow.

Tomorrow we will camp at Cape Disappointment - Washington State Park, and hope that it's not! We camped at Astoria, Oregon across the river the last time we did the Coast tour and although it was a great park, we opted to try something different. After that, we'll continue down the coast. This time we are going the 'right' direction so it will be easier to get in and out of the lookouts and viewing areas!

all for now! -- I was hoping to watch the World Cup of Curling via internet and CBC live streaming, but one can't receive the Canadian programming in the US :-(
